I don't want to link my Drive or DropBox to my Adobe account to download something I should be able to. Seems like I'm not the only one with this issue. Anyone have any answers?

Hi

@ru_0743

,

Thanks for reaching out! We're sorry to hear about this. This usually indicates that the licensing for certain assets in the file has changed and needs to be updated or removed. To resolve this, open the file's layers, check for any blank layers (including audio tracks if it's a video project), and delete them. Once the blank layers are removed, the error should no longer appear.

Let us know if that helps.

Regards,

Tarun
