Issue downloading my file

I'm trying to download my file as a PDF in Adobe Express and I keep getting errors.  Please assist!

Hey @harold_5659, Welcome to our Adobe Express community! 

Can you please specify what errors you are getting while downloading the project in PDF? Does it happen with other export types too (PNG or JPG)? Can you share the screenshot of the errors that pop up for you? If possible share a screenrecording with the workflows for us to have a better clarity on the error type and cause for it.
