Hello, I cannot seem to find the button to move layers up and down anymore since the recent update. It used to be easy to find, but I'm not sure where it is now.

You can find the equivalent options in the right-click context menu. You can also use the layer reorder tool.

as Abhi.G @ ADBE you'll find it with the right click contextual menu

just select an object and the relevant layer will be selected, then right click to access all the relevant actions you can take, including the ones to move layers up and down.

Alternatevely, you can use the keyboard shortcuts (CTRL+] and CTRL+[)
