Libraries dissapeared

Hi there.  I cannot seem to find any link to libraries on the front-end building. It should be under brands I think on the left menu. Is there another way to access it?

Thank you for your reply but it is blank. I forgot to mention that.  I'll try a browser restart and see how I go.
