Did you try to access your brand and library from your personal files? What is the format of the graphic assets? What happens if you refresh the page?
Have you tried using another browser to check if that helps? You may also try clearing the cache and cookies from your browser and checking your Internet connection. If the issues persist, please send a screenshot or a screen record so we can see what you're experiencing.
Hey Winnie, thanks for the quick response. The format of the items are jpeg/png. I just added a large number of them to the folder, and the section did work perfectly previously, so maybe it is a numbers problem?
