Unable to add a webpage to Library. Would like to share it with students as a template. Also, about half the time a click on Add Templates, I get a blank pop-up window and when I do see my files it's only a few of them (I'm guessing only the ones I've created since the Express makeover)
We're sorry to hear about this. Please elaborate more on this to assist you further. Are you getting any error messages? Did you try this with another browser to see if that helps? Try signing out and signing in again to check if that makes any difference.
Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Such problems can also be fixed by clearing the browser's cache and cookies.
