Apologies for the late response and also for the frustration & difficulties you faced with the new Adobe Express.

 

We've been working on improving the app experience and have come up with updates that might help you with these issues. I'd suggest you go through this announcement post: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-express-discussions/updates-for-the-new-adobe-express-as-of-aug... and follow the steps for Migrating all folders & files issue and also Webpage Conversion issue.
