Started the free trial. Made several videos. Free trial ends on June 20. All of my content is gone. I tried to log in and content I made many months ago appears.
We're sorry to hear about your issue. What happened when you went to your files? Did you create the projects in the old version of AX or the new one?
If you created your projects in the previous version but don't see them in the new one, you can transfer them. They will keep the original edit: • Go to the prior version here: https://adobe.ly/49zOwua • Click Move file on the project you want to migrate • Click Convert for Desktop • The conversion takes place You will land in the editor for the new version of Express of the project you move. To see your projects from the old version on the new one, go to "Your Stuff" and click on the file name "Originals."
If you did your projects in the new version but don't see them, please specify the browser version, the OS version, and the device you're using. We suggest you clear the cache and try the private mode to see if you can access your files. Your projects are on our server.
