Lost my data

Whatever work i have been doing in the free express account, i have lost it today? everytime i try to access the data from the history account, i get a message asking me to request access to the asset? however, there is no change in the account that i have been using. i have tried reqeusting access as well, but the screen does not move ahead. please help

Hey @hetaltulsian, Thanks for posting on our community! Can you please try signing out and then back into the Adobe Express app? Please ensure that you're using the same Adobe ID and the same login method that you used earlier while creating your older projects. 

Sometimes, new Adobe IDs are created by selecting the different login methods on the sign-in page. This leads to the creation of a fresh Adobe account that does not have any existing projects.
