Projekte aus dem alten Adobe Express lassen sich nicht in die neue Version importieren. Das gilt für Projekte, die ich per Desktop oder per Mobilversion angelegt habe. Die Fehlermeldung ist immer die Gleiche.

Furthermore, considering your use of both the mobile app and the web app for project creation, it's worth noting that until the new mobile version becomes accessible, you can transfer your files to the web app or remove them individually. After the transfer, these files will remain inaccessible and uneditable in the Adobe Express mobile app until the new version is released.

Hi Amitej,

Thanks for the quick reply. Unfortunately, I have already cleared cache/cookie and tried it on both Chrome and Safari. Doesn't work. The error message stays the same, it won't convert my projects over to the new Adobe Express version.

I rarely use the mobile version and mostly work on web, so it doesn't matter to me that the projects won't be available on mobile for the time being. I do need to access my projects on web, though, and that's just not working right now. In fact, the three projects I tried to migrate are completely unavaible to me now. Not on mobile and unable to convert on web. Also, my brand colours, logos etc. are not available on the new version so I have to build everything back up from scratch.

Is there any way to go back to the old Express version until the issues with the new one are resolved?

Thank you for your help, I hope there's a resolution to fix this.

Same Issue here, also german speaking from switzerland.

Mobile App deleted, logged out everything, cache cleared, tried again - nothing changed. Still the same error message. I'm losing actual money due to this fail and need a solution.
