missing background

Hi there, I am downloading the pdf of my flyer as usual but when I save it, all the background images disappear.

What type of images was in the background of the flyer? Is it happening with other projects? Can you download the flyer with a different browser or in private mode? Can you try to download it in a different format, such as PNG?

Can you share the screenshot of the flyer before downloading it? It will help to understand what happened.

Hi,
Yes I have used this with other projects and it worked just fine. This is
the first time it happened.
Attached is the pdf and you can see what is missing compared with the
screenshot of my project on the adobe express site.[image: Screenshot
