We are missing files previously begun before the switch over to the latest update of Adobe Express. Files that were started at the beginning of the week are now missing. Logos previously uploaded are missing.
Scroll down to the section Adobe Express on the desktop and there's up-to-date information on migrating your files. However, if you believe there is problem with the migration of your files please use the Adobe Virtual Assistant https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html?rghtup=autoOpen making sure pop-ups are allowed.
Using the link to the Adobe virtual Assistant allows the team access to your account and information so that they can better help you to resolve the issues you are facing.
