[Mobile] Duplicating Files not working

When I try to duplicate a file it’s telling me to choose a different name, I’ve tried every name and it still does not work. Never had this issue before today

I'm having the same issue. It sucks that Adobe can't get such basic tasks right. I'm using this app because it's supposed to make things quicker. I don't have time to troubleshoot so much

same problem here everytime i try to duplicate a file it is saying it cannot duplicate and needs a different name. I have tried everything to basic names and still nothing getting so frustrated with adobe

Similar issues with both newly created files and migrated ones.

Using duplicate tells you "Please use a different name for your file". This occurs on both the app on iOS 17.5.1 and MacOS current Chrome. On Desktop, I have also tried logging out and in again, clearing browser cache, and using incognito. In browser console, the error that presents is "SAMError: [UNKNOWN] Error in performing operation"

I have plenty of space left in my plan quota and just in case, ensured that all the software I'm using is up to date and there are no notifications that require action that might be preventing access. 

 

I have also observed that making a file into a template does not actually use the current version of the file but a cached version before edits. This happens with both new and existing files. I am uncertain if this is a related issue but can create a new thread if needed.
