What happens when you attempt to open your files: does it not open, do the editing tools not appear or function correctly?

It won't let me edit my own files. Every time I try, I have permission to comment but not edit and that I need authorization (from myself), and when I do it, nothing happens like in the videos I attach.

1. Is this happening for all documents or only for this specific documents?
2. Is this happening on all platforms example Desktop and mWeb?
3. Was this document created in older version of App and after upgrading you are facing issue?
