mp4 error

If i download my video in MP4, it can't be played on Media Player.

Sorry about the problem.

Is the video a template or not? What is the version of Media Player you used? Did you try to play it on a different player? 

Could you play the video on AE? Did you try to play the video on another device? Can you share the video with us?
