MP4 to GIF converter is severely bugged in the coloring department

For a while now, the MP4 to GIF converter has been severely bugged, with the most glaringly obvious issue being its discoloration of the original video. This is most noticeable with the color green, which suffers the worst discoloration in the GIFs. However, as someone who used this service before, I can confidently say that this was not always the case. The example files provided are one from June 6, 2024, and one from today. As you can see, the second one suffers from distorted colors, with the green hair turning into some sort of beige color as well as having a sepia tone in general. What good is this service if it provides a defective and uglier product? This needs to be fixed as soon as possible

Thanks for reaching out! We're sorry to hear about this. Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference? Did you try with another MP4?
