My cloud storage is full but empty of all files

I'm a subscriber.  I have uninstalled and re-installed, checked my files, folders, and libraries, but there is nothing there.

It says I've used 121GB of 100GB and doesn't offer any clues as to where these files are.

I see other people have experienced this over the past two years with no satisfactory explanation.

I've already tried all that.  There were six small files in my 30 day bin which I've permanently deleted.  There is nothing else.
