my documents do not exist

i have made a thank you letter for class and wanted to use express to make a cover letter as well, but when i go to "your stuff" there is absolutely nothing. i had this trouble before when i was actually working on the thank you document, but thankfully it showed up in a "recent" bar at the bottom of the window. i have not been able to find it since. in fact, when i do attempt to access it, it gives me a popup telling me that i have to request edit access even though it is my OWN document (yes, i am on the correct account). when i do this it sends me a collaboration request, which leads me nowhere after clicking on it. i am scared to make any more documents using express, as i fear they will disappear just like this one has.

When you log in with your email, do you get the choice of profiles (e.g. Personal vs. Company/School)? Please make sure you are using the right one. See https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/enterprise-id-faq.html

 

I see at least one of your Express files (https://new.express.adobe.com/id/urn:aaid:sc:US:b3b3808b-74f6-56eb-b211-62f9909d40da) that was created with one profile but attempted to be opened by another.
