Olá, há dias não consigo utilizar o adobe express. Despois de aberto, o site diz que a conexão foi interompida, e eu atualizo a pagina, reinicio e nada adianta. Preciso de ajuda pois preciso usar a aplicação

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

 

This type of problem is frequently caused by something blocking connectivity to Adobe servers. The two most common reasons are browser interference and firewall blocking.  To test the first, try another browser as a test and see if it works. Also try in private browsing, incognito, or safe mode to see if extensions are interfering. If that does not solve the problem, if you are on Windows, try resetting the firewall to the default configuration.

 

If those do not solve the problem, please tell us what browser and operating system you are using and their versions.
