Can you please specify the file type you're working on and the format you're trying to export it in? Does it happen with all the files you try to export? Have you tried clearing the cache/cookies of the browser you're working on to see if that makes any difference?

Its a flyer I designed from the older version and uploaded it into the new version. I was downloading in form of PNG or the print one. I've also tried other random samples and they are not downloading either. Yes I've tried clearing cache, restarting phone... almost everything.

Thanks for responding! Does it show any error message when exporting? Can you share a screen recording of the workflow for us to understand better. What was your observation when you tried downloading it via the webapp?
