No option to post to Facebook or Instagram

For many months, I've been posting to both Facebook and Instagram through the Share button.  That option is now missing. Please fix! This is an important feature. I've tested in both Chrome and Safari.

This is frustrating for sure. On my side, I see the social channels. 
Let's start with some basic steps:

1) Consider turning your computer off and on has helped me in the pass.
2) Clearing cache

3) Wait and come back a bit later.
