No option to remove cell from grid?

I find Adobe Express's automatic Grid creator super handy for making photo options, but I am very frustrated to find that once you choose a grid and begin working with it, you no longer have the option to remove a cell. In this example, I initially started with a 7-photo grid, but after dropping in all my pictures, I realized I only needed 6 images. It should be easy to delete a cell in the Grid. Unless I'm missing something, there is no way to delete a cell. I've tried highlighting it and hitting 'Delete' key, right clicking on it, searching all the options in the interface, etc. The trash can icon is faded out and unclickable in this instance, too.

Hi @default37019481nrw05a

Unfortunately, the current implementation of Grids does not allow adding/removing cells, nor changing its structure.

This is one of the many limitations reported on https://adobeexpress.uservoice.com/forums/951181-adobe-express/suggestions/46769416-photo-collage-as...

Thanks,

Abhi G

Thanks for the link to this larger convo, Abhi. I'm glad to see that so many other people are also asking for Grids to be improved. But it seems like this has been in a holding pattern for a long time. Do you have any insight into what's going on?

Hi @Digital1834

Sorry, I do not have a lot of insight into the status.

I do see a recent announcement from a product manager related to a focused Collage Maker (which is one of the other popular requests on that same UserVoice post), but whether the ability to add/remove cells as requested here are part of that initiative is unclear.

Let me see if I can get that information.

Thanks,

Abhi G
