When I create a template, it allows me to edit it initially, and then if I exit the project, and then try to edit it later, the project is no longer editable. I have to click out of it MULTIPLE times before it opens up the edit panels.
Thanks for your patience. Please let us know when you have been seeing this issue and whether you recently made any changes to your template. Try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference. You may also try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that helps.
