Not creating PDFs when I update a word doc

I receive an error each time I try to convert a word document to Adobe. This is all I use the account for. Help

Thanks for your patience. Is it possible for you to share the screenshot of the error message? Have you made any changes to your browser recently? If you've any pop- blocker installed on the browser, try disabling it and try again.

 

Also, try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference. You may try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and see if that helps.
