Page view % keeps changing

Every time I click on the text box, the view shifts to be a larger %. How do I get it to lock into the % I choose so it doesn't do this and create so many pointless extra clicks every time I create a graphic? Often it does this when I'm moving an image very slightly and the whole tile jumps so the graphic moves to a completely wrong spot. This is so annoying.

We are sorry for your difficulties. Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if they make a difference? Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to see if that helps.
