PDF Download error

For downloading work file as a PDF document, each page is getting delayed, and I am getting an error pop-up dialog box stating, An error occurred while downloading your file. Please try again.

We're sorry to hear about this. Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to check if that helps.

 

You can also try this step as a workaround: try to download each page as an individual PDF, which works and creates a ZIP file, then head to Acrobat to combine multiple files into a new PDF. Extract the ZIP file then import all the PDFs into Acrobat to create a new single document. 

 

If that doesn't help, could you please share the project URL with us with edit access to investigate the issue? We're here to help, just need some info.
