Photo Image not Uploading - Blank White Box

When I upload a photo image (any photo image) all I get is a white box. It was working fine up until this point. Now, it doesn't matter if I uploaded the image before, nothing uploads correctly. I have already tried: Clearing cache clearing cookies cognito mode Nothing is working.

I have the same problem, it only started last night, and all photos I add become a white box with only the opacity available to change.
