I can no longer upload photos larger than 8000 pixels (web page creation). It used to work and I pay every month to use Adobe. Has anyone experienced this problem?
We're sorry for the delay. Are you getting any error messages? If so, can you share the screen shot of the message? Try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference. Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that helps.
