Pixelation

New Here ,
Sep 10, 2023 Sep 10, 2023
Since the shift to the newer version of Express - specifically since only having the ability to move old files over to the new version - I have had pixelation problems if I add an external image (the 19 Media Group logo, our podcast logo) as PNG files into a new or existing project. They look fine if I zoom in while in Express, but once I download them, you can see the result. It's an extra step, but I have had no issues in PhotoShop. Express is just much faster (I imagine that's why the name), but right now it's a multi-step, multi-platform process.

Hi @default1igrfffffd8d

Thanks for posting about the issue. I want to ensure I understand the issue correctly so I can report it to our developers. I created a HQ logo in PS, mine was 1548 x 1172 and saved this as a png. Then in Adobe Express I uploaded this png logo and resized it down to a much smaller version. When saving this out it as a png from Adobe Express it appeared pixelated. Does this accurately described your workflow and the issue? I'll include the files I tested with.

Thanks,
Dave

I have the same issue, (see this thread) this needs to be fixed immediately (shocked it hasnt been already)
I am setting up a workspace for a small business client, so first time using Express, and cannot at this point recommend it to them when you cant export something as simple as a logo to a decent quality.
