Post dimensions in scheduler

Community Beginner ,

Hi

I can see I'm not the only one bothered by the scheduling feature not being updated to the new dimensions of 1080x1350. Is there any timeline to fix this?

It negates the purpose of the scheduler. It's usually possible to go around the issue by uploading one graphic at a time, but is quite annoying that it's not fully updated yet.

Hello @Sofie31168619wi4x. There are some new IG presets with dimensions 1080 x 1350, which you can select when starting, IG ad or IG Portrait post.

I hope that helps.

Thanks, Chaima, but that's not the issue. The issue is the bug occurring when scheduling the post, it doesn't allow you to schedule and publish 1080x1350; it tells you to resize 1080x1080. For me this is a problem with the scheduler (which should work even when not creating the graphics in adobe). Hope this specifies the issue a bit more

Hi @Sofie31168619wi4x,

Thanks for your message! Adobe Express does support Instagram Portrait posts — you just need to resize your image to the Portrait format in the editor first. Once resized, you can send it back to the post composer for publishing.

We understand this extra step can be inconvenient, and we're actively working on a solution that will let you resize directly within the post composer to streamline the process.

Alright, even if the uploaded graphics are already in 1080x1350?
