Post failed on Instagram

Community Beginner ,
Nov 13, 2023 Nov 13, 2023

I keep getting 'Post Failed" on instagram in my schedualed post. I've tried reconnecting the token, shortening the discriptions etc. Literally tried everything without success... anyone else experiencing this? It worked well before, just now been having this trouble since yesterday.

Cheers

Thank you for your feedback.
Yes, tried just now after watching the video you linked, but nothing
changed.

But I solved in a different way. Maybe can be helpful for someone: I
noticed that the post publication fails when there are images over 1MB
each. I did a try: resized all the photos to be under 1MB and published the
post again, and now it worked.

Can this be the reason? If yes, you should put a notice saying to reduce
image size, or a better explication of the issue 😄

Thank you anyway,
Francesco

Hi @Carolyn346939317x3e  most issues are caused by this process not being followeed to the letter: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-express-discussions/connect-to-scheduler-by-upgrading-your-inst... (it's a bit of a pain, but unfortunately, it's an Instagram thing...)

Hi @jenuary , issues should all be resolved now, glad things are working for you. @DMFilms , could you share a link to the post that failed so we can take a look please?

I am having the same issue. I have a professional account. It is a reel that I am trying to post. It sits there and says "publishing" until it finally says failed.

Hi

@rachaelv45838423

,

We're sorry to hear about this. Would you mind sharing a screenshot or a screen recording of the error and the workflow? Please ensure that you have stable internet connectivity. Also, share the post ID of any project that gets published but throws a 'failed to post/via a private message.

Regards,

Tarun

Hi, I've had the same issue for the past few days... I have 3 accounts connected to my scheduler, but on one of them the posts keep failing for some reason. I've refreshed the token loads of times, logged out and logged in again, refreshed everything there was to refresh - nothing works, and its getting problematic because it impacts my work for my client... How can I solve that issue?

Hi

@ECOLE ESTIENN24935586do77

,

Thanks for reaching out. Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, Which social account you're having issue with? Did you try reconnecting that account to check if that helps?

Regards,

Tarun

We're having the same issue with failed Instagram posts. Facebook posts work. Instagram fails. I've followed the video steps, completely removed/disconnected then reconnected accounts. I've had several different staff members who have admin access to our social try and we're all getting the same failed message.
