Post failed on Instagram

I keep getting 'Post Failed" on instagram in my schedualed post. I've tried reconnecting the token, shortening the discriptions etc. Literally tried everything without success... anyone else experiencing this? It worked well before, just now been having this trouble since yesterday.

I've been getting these post fails for 2 days now on instagram when its scheduled to post. I've tried everything to solve the problem, but nothing seems to work.

I am having the same issue, consistent with every instagram post since 11/15.  Facebook is posting as normal.

Now that more time has passed, I see that static posts work fine. It's only video posts that are failing every time they're scheduled. So I'm definitely connected to Instagram correctly—something with the scheduling tool and video format is the problem (in my case). Thanks.

I'm having this issue with photos as well. Working fine yesterday and for the past week, not today, nothing. My account says its connected but keeps failing.

A scheduled video post worked today, for the first time since I reported the issue here on 11/16. But someone else just responded that their still image failed, so it sounds like the issue is inconsistently occuring.

I'm having the same issue. My Facebook, X, and LinkedIn work fine. Instagram is failing every time. I've tried deleting and reconnecting multiple times.

Good morning,
I was asked to send over the URL for a failed Instagram post on the Adobe Express Scheduler.
I did watch the video about reconnecting the Instagram account. We already have our account as a professional account,
And I did go through and disconnect and reconnect the Instagram account though the scheduler. Below is the link to on of the failed posts.

Please check the PDF attachments carefully to make sure all the content is correct - both the type and graphic elements. It is the Agent's responsibility to look over the proof for any typographic or content errors. By approving this proof you certify that everything within the proof is accurate.

Upon final approval and quantity verification, You will receive a confirmation email when your prints are ready for pickup.

If co-branding: All partners should be sent a proof for review by their own compliance team before a proof is sent to print.

These are .png image files not videos that are being posted. We have never had a problem before. It was just all of a sudden they started failing. Every instagram post fails.

Thanks @Bridge Realty, LLC , would you mind completeing disconnecting and following this video again, ensuring you have a 'Business Account' (not Creator account) linked to the correct FB page. https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-express-discussions/connect-to-scheduler-by-upgrading-your-inst... 

I appreciate you have done this, but 99% of issues are caused by Facebook/ Instagram permissions.

Hi Adam, i am having the same exact issue.  I've gone through the steps assuring my instagram is a professional account and have linked it to my adobe express as per the video. Posting still failing. Any chance you can have a look at this for me? many thanks
