Posting on Instagram not working

Im still able to post on facebook, insta will not work. I used Exress successfully with both accounts before now Im getting this error massage. All reconnection efforts seemed fine but it is still not working.

Hey there, I'm sorry about this issue. It was caused by an outage on Meta's end and appears to be resolved now.
