Premium Access?

New Here ,
Aug 16, 2023 Aug 16, 2023
As soon as I was required to move my Adobe Express files over to the new Adobe Express, it is not stating that I do not have premium access and no longer have access to my branded fonts that I have been using on project. I had no issues accessing any of the premium features with the older version of Adobe Express, what has changed? I don't believe the company license has changed.

Hello @default31707959wfyi1k ,

Sorry to hear about your issue.

Could you please add a screenshot of the error you are facing so we better understand where does the error occur?

What type of account do you have? Is it Individual/Enterprise/EDU?

Thank you for your patience!

Corina

Hello,

We have same problem in my company. We have many employees who have the full Adobe plan, and New Express implies that we have premium-account in Express (small icon), but when we are trying to add fonts we all get the same error message.
