Projects no longer showing

Community Expert ,
Jun 12, 2025 Jun 12, 2025

Hello team! I can no longer see my projects. When I try to load it, it appears to be searching for the files, but then it displays the blank screen that appears when you add your first project.

I've cleared the cache and refreshed my Chrome browser. And I have also tried the Chrome extension app for Express and same results.

EDIT: Google is currently experiencing a site-wide outage, so this issue may be related to that and not necessarily caused by Adobe Express.

I have exactly the same issue currently. Have tried on my laptop, PC and phone, using Chrome and Edge, clearing cookies and incognito. I can't see any projects.

Three days in a row right now and Adobe Express is unusable. Today there is no access to projects via Express OR via https://www.adobe.com/files/projects. Yesterday we couldn't see our files. The day before brand colors were not available.

Will we receive a refund for those days when your product wasn't working? Will someone/anyone at Adobe explain why this product has been all but unusuable this week and if there is more of the same ahead? Please set your customer expectations. We have clients and we rely on your product. Tell  us what is going on.

I can not longer see my projects. They look as if they are loading but never appear, and eventually the page loads as if I don't have any projects, which is rather concerning!

I have cleared cookies and cache, gone incognito and used Edge as well as Chrome. Have also tried accessing my projects using

Files | Adobe

The page eventually loads but is blank. I have tried using Adobe Express on my Windows PC, windows laptop and Android phone.

The same thing happened to me just a bit ago. Maybe a glitch. Mine eventually loaded about 10 mins ago.

The same thing happened on my end about 30 mins ago. Must have been a site glitch.

I'm not sure if it's related but apparently Google is having major issues at the moment. So it could be why we aren't seeing them.

Hi @Keri_W1557,

Thanks for reaching out, and I understand how concerning this must be, especially when your projects appear missing.

Given your edit about the Google outage, it's very likely that the issue is linked to that, especially if your account is tied to a Google login. Some Express services depend on cloud connections that can be disrupted during such outages.

In the meantime, we recommend:

  • Waiting for Google's systems to fully stabilize.

  • Trying again after some time.

  • If possible, sign in with an Adobe ID directly instead of Google (if you have one set up).

Please let us know if the issue continues after things are back to normal — we’re here to help.
