Publishing to Instagram

Cannot publish to Instagram, but Twitter & FB are fine. Very flakey and have to refresh browser every now and again to restore some functions. Created one design some weeks back and successfully posted to Twitter, FB & InstaGram... but then it suddenly flagged up an alert that the Twitter channel stipulated the height of my design was above its limitation. So I changed the size to suit all and it worked. But now out of the Blue it's not publishing to InstaGram. It seems to send fine, but then I get an email alert advising it couldn't publish to my InstaGram account - offering a quick fix and giving me a link back to Express. I take that route and it offers me a button link to 'Refresh InstaGram Token'. I do that and get taken to a Facebook/InstaGram window and after verifying my log-in it advises it has successfully connected to InstaGram... and it shows that channel is connected. BUT when I try again and again, refreshing and restarting the browser it still doesn't send and sends me the same email alert message.

This is also happening for me. 

 

Suddently AE won't share to my business IG even though I have "successfully" updated my token. 

 

I've tried:

- refreshing cache

- disconnecting and reconnecting both FB & IG

- updating and allowing all permissions

 

I've spent hours and hours on this and i haven't been able to find a solution. 

 

I would appreciate some assistance from AE on this matter.

I should also mention that I have been able to share to FB without an issue.  Weird?!?

Hi! Have you fixed your issue? It happens to me too and there is no one to support or check, I've reconnected everything multiple times. It also uploads to Fb normally!

Hi everyone,

You can try these steps that hopefully will help you:

-Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference?

-Instagram Integration: Verify that Adobe Express correctly integrates with your Instagram account. You may need to reauthenticate your Instagram account in Adobe Express.

-Restart the App: Try signing out and signing in to the Adobe Express application.

-Clear Cache: Clear the cache of the browser. This can resolve issues stemming from corrupted temporary data.
