Hi

@SupaCow

,

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. How often does it happen, and is it only on Adobe Express or other sites too? These issues usually stem from an unstable internet connection. They often resolve themselves, but if possible, try a different network to see if that helps.

You might want to try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference.

Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, and restarting the browser and try again. For more information on how to clear cache and cookies, check this link- https://adobe.ly/4a5ipUF and how to use incognito mode- https://adobe.ly/4a2UzZV

Let us know if that helps.

Regards,

Tarun

Same thing happening for me, I've tried several devices/browsers/networks and the same thing happens.

Adobe Express opens okay, but there is a persistant time out when trying to open the QR code generator.

Thanks,

Darragh

Hey @Darragh5D93, is it happening even after trying the steps mentioned by @Tarun Saini? Can you also try other quick actions on your device to see if you're experiencing the same thing?

We tried replicating this on multiple devices, browsers, and networks, but it works fine. You may also want to turn off any active plugins/extensions and update the browsers to their latest official version to see if that makes any difference.

Hi @Amitej S , I have tried all of the steps but can still not get access. Browsers are all up to date, and plug ins/extensions are off but it will not load on any page. This includes on different devices. Thanks, Darragh

Hi @Darragh5D93,

Thanks for your patience. To investigate further, we need a screen recording of the issue. Could you please share the screen recording and, if possible, walk through the entire flow, from launching Adobe Express to the point where the error occurs?

Also, are you on VPN or browser-based network throttling?

Regards,

Tarun
