Hi @default31709976z8ir5i ,

We apologize for your trouble, as you cannot upload logos, fonts, and graphics for brand creation. Could you please share more information about what is happening while you do so and any error messages? You could share a screenshot with us for more details. I would recommend referring to the below article link once to confirm if you have followed the instructions and Notes mentioned:

https://helpx.adobe.com/express/using/brands.html

Please let us know if this helps.

Thanks,

Neelam

@Neelamk Sure. I don't know how my post got posted by a default new account, but this is my actual account.

Either nothing happens at all when uploading a logo, graphic, or trying to add an Adobe font (both Edge and Chrome, both are up-to-date), or I receive the following notice at the bottom. Furthermore, the "Brand" doesn't even get created. If I refresh and try again, I start from a blank Brands tab and have to create the brand all over again.

Please don't patronize me with an article about how to create a brand. I'm a professional in my field and am proficient in most of the Adobe Suite. Express is a solution I'm trying out for my team, but I doubt we'll be using it now.
