Random deletion of project

Im going to school at wsu and we use adobe express a lot. I had an entire project done and when I signed back into the account to share with team members it was just gone. nowhere to be found and I cant even contact someone to help me get it back. It is worth half my grade.

- Are all of your files gone or just this one?

- Are you trying to sign back in through the school's network?

- Is it possible the school could have removed your account?

- Who did you try contacting for help?
