Remove background doesn't work

Trying to remove background on my video. It loads (top right corner of the video on my canvas) after clicking "remove background". The loading stops and then, nothing. Nothing happens at all.

How long is the video? Do you have better luck with a shorter one?

Abhi.G @ ADBEmy video is 55 seconds long. can't really make it any shorter as I need the full content of the interview. ended up doing the background remove process in Canva and it worked.
