Hello, I have one Uploades image but I take this message from Adobe Express. Is this a bug?

Hi, no it's not a bug, you need to have a business profile in instagram to publish story from an another software and Express is an another software. I know it's not easy but it's the Instagram law!!!

I'm having the same issue with just a single image post. Says excess uploads even though there's just one.

If you read @Alexandre Becquet reply "You need to have a business profile in instagram to publish story from an another software and Express is an another software. I know it's not easy but it's the Instagram law!!" you'll see the answer. Have you got a business profile with Instagram?

@thejanebradbury @Alexandre Becquet I still don't see the solution to this post. I got the same issue with business everything and still unable to post of facebook using the Adobe Express "another software"... works fine for Instagram law thing and nothing for TikTok or facebook

We're sorry to hear about this. Are you unable to post on Instagram or Facebook via the content scheduler? Did you try using another browser to check if that helps?
