Replaced Images not are shown

I do some ad videos for social media. The idea is to duplicate a szene and change the products and texts. When I replace an image, its simply not shown and not clickable. Just with the layers, I can access it again.

In the preview in the left bar, the correct new image is shown.

Here is the link: test-ad-video

I tried to find a workaround like:

  • different file formats (png, jpgs, png in ai, psd)
  • different browsers, cache clear, logout
  • even in a rendered, downloaded mp4, the replaced pictures are not shown.

I really have no idea anymore.

Hi

@daniel_8277

,

Welcome to the community! Please try starting a new project with a similar structure and replacing images in this project. If the new project works fine, your original project might have a file corruption issue. Also, double-check that the replaced image layer is not accidentally locked.

If that doesn't help, I'd recommend reaching out to and working with our support directly as a next step. They can be reached here: https://adobe.ly/3DOQ3lq

Regards,

Tarun

I found a "solution". When an image is replaced by an PSD or AI, it is not shown. The image is broken and every further replacement will not shown anymore. Only replacement with PNG works. So never us PSD or AI.
