Rounded Rectangle Crop Stetching

Rounded rectangle crop loses corner roundness when altered. The corners appear to be stretched rather than having their integrity kept. I wonder if there is a way to keep this round corner without stretching it. Even more so I would be interested in seeing a slider similar to the "Corner Roundness" on a rectangle from the shapes panel.
