Scheduled videos aren't being posted

I've scheduled a short reel/video on several platforms more times in the last few weeks (Tiktok, IG, FB, LinkedIn). The videos never get posted and I have to manually upload them to the platforms.

This sounds frustrating, and it shouldn't be happening. Did you try refreshing all the social media platform tokens in Adobe Express scheduler? Sometimes, refreshing and reconnecting the social platforms resolve such errors. You may also want to try clearing out the browser's cache/cookies to see if that makes any difference.

Hi Amitej,

 

Reconnecting all the channels did the trick and the videos are now getting posted. However, some posts did publish even while this issue was happening. Also, I did not get the notification email that something went wrong while posting, they just did not post and remained in the "scheduled" state even after the scheduled time was over.

Maybe worth checking out.
