SCREEN REFRESH

Hello, I'm not sure if there's a remedy for this, but I'm having issues with refresh when it comes to my location bar at the bottom of the video! whenever i'm working closer to the left or the end of the video, the bar keeps resetting back to the right or the beginning of the video! This is causing wrong edits, and mistakes, as the video keeps getting moved inadvertently! Is there a setting I can use to correct this issue?

Thanks for your patience. Are you referring to the bar in the screenshot below? 

Since when have you been seeing this issue? Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, and let us know if that helps.
