Scroll bar missing

When I log back into Adobe Express, I can no longer scroll down the page when I opt to zoom the page to a usable size. This renders the product unusable. Page Down buttons, Down Arrows don't work either.

Hi @default31748087tw036a - When zooming in, try holding the spacebar, left click and dragging your mouse to navigate the page. I hope that helps, but please let me know if it doesn't.

This works momentarily - then as soon as you click in the spot you have moved to, you are diverted back to the center of the page.
