I am experiencing issues sharing templates with my clients, especially those using Yahoo, mxg, and iCloud email addresses. They primarily use these emails and do not have other accounts. Can you fix this error to improve the user experience? If not, could you provide a solution to make it easier for clients to access and edit the templates? There have been numerous complaints, and I am facing serious problems because of this. To clarify, this is what happens: I share the template with the email provided by the client. They receive the collaboration invite, click to access the template, and encounter an error. On my end, it shows as pending, as if the client did not accept the collaboration, but they have. They also attempt to log in through the Adobe Express platform using their email and continue to receive errors (screenshots attached). Notably, there are no issues with clients using Gmail.
