When I open the Frames panel (in Chrome), the panel jitters rapidly between two widths(?). The first frame is nearly still but all others jitter constantly. I can't seem to use it.

This is a repeatable bug on my Windows 10 machine on Chrome. I have not tested incognito yet.

The text screen has a flicker bug that could be a serious concern for those with epilepsy. To produce the screen flicker:

1. Open new 1:1 file.

2. Go to text.

3. Search "vintage"

4. Enjoy the lightshow.

Extremely random.

The left panel of the screen vibrates all of the sudden. I have noticed this error on regular basis. Also the app hangs inbetween and shows white screen everyime. one needs to restart it after every half an hour.

Hi

@Mister297177238ekm

,

Sorry to hear about this issue. I tried to replicate this issue, but it seems to work fine. Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Did you recently install any third-party plugins or extensions to your browser? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that helps.

Regards,

Tarun

Hi @nehab21359303,

Sorry to hear about that.

As we cannot reproduce the issue, can you share a screen record when the vibration occurs? Can you confirm the browser version and the OS version of your device (Windows or Mac)?

Were you editing a video or an image? Was it a template? Did you see any error messages? We suggest you change the browser (Safari, Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge are recommended), clear the caches browser or try to use the app in incognito mode.

We're here to help and are looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

^Winnie

Adding my observation for the same issue:

I am working on express. Working with elements, if I type "Next Step" in the search widget, the side bar starts flickering. To define flickering - the way phones vibrate when you put em' on vibrate mode, and you receive a call. I have attempted this 3 to 4 times, just now. It happens to me only when I typed in the above string of words.
Thanks,
PR

Hey @Apurva5EA8, Welcome to our community, and thanks for posting here! This seems strange. Can you let us know which browser you were working on? Did you try it on any other recommended browsers, like Edge, Chrome, Safari, or Firefox? You may also want to try in incognito/private browsing mode to see if that makes any difference.

I tried replicating the issue, and it works fine on Chrome and Firefox browsers. If possible, share a screen recording of the workflow you mentioned so we can investigate this.

Best!

If you are using Chrome on Windows, could you try turning off smooth scrolling as described here: https://www.anyrecover.com/windows-tips/google-chrome-flickering-windows/#solution4?

Hope this helps
