Storage Limit

Despite having a 100gb plan, AE express claims I'm over my storage limit. I don't have more than 1gb of stored documents and it is impossible for me to edit my existing documents.

Hello - what happens when you click on "manage files?" Are you able to identify what you is causing you to exceed your storage limit?
