storage space error

Hi! The system says I'm out of storage, while I have 0 (zero, zilch, nada, nihil) files or projects in the system. I have a paid subscription to Adobe, and this is quite frustrating.

Thank you for your patience, and I'm sorry you're having trouble.

It may be that your Creative Cloud storage is full. The storage space can be freed up by deleting unused files.

The example below is how to check how much storage space is left.
